Wyndham Grand Xi'An South Hotel, Xi'an (Shaanxi)

I had the most incredible stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and incredibly spacious, with a jaw-dropping view over the electric, energetic, and happening mall. The service was top-notch, with Tina and Angelo leading the way in friendliness and professionalism. The location was perfect, surrounded by shops and eateries, and the dining experience was outstanding with a vast array of Chinese and Western delicacies. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly memorable.

The service was outstanding, although one day it seemed like they were having an off day. The location was superb, situated in a nice part of Xi'an with easy access to malls and the walking avenue, and the dining experience at the hotel cafe, although a bit pricey, was included in our rate. Overall, the hotel stands out in quality, staff, and service.

The hotel was very convenient to taxis and Metro reach, equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. However, it wasn't convenient to the metro, and a long walk was required to access the gym and swimming pool area.

The location couldn't have been better, right next to InTime department store and close to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, and in a new area known as the cultural center. The dining options were plentiful, although some dishes didn't quite match our western taste. The facilities were top-notch with everything one could need during their stay.
